Owners Dennis and Laura Sallee opened their first Pita Pit NW location in Vancouver, Washington, in 2008. Since then, we’ve grown to five additional locations. While Pita Pit NW is part of the national Pita Pit franchise, The Sallee’s add a personal touch to their family’s stores. For example, we serve only fresh avocado at Pita Pit NW – never the avocado paste that some restaurants use. And we also introduced a unique technique for slicing onions and peppers that lets us stuff lots more veggies into every pita we serve. In fact, all of our meats, cheeses and vegetables are hand sliced daily to bring our customers fresh, healthy, quality food.
